The Sellwood Deluxe Range is ideal for those wanting easier access to their ceiling space. With a gentler angle (63°) and a deeper tread (120mm) the Deluxe Range offers a more comfortable climb.
The original Sellwood D30 is suitable for more frequent residential use for ceiling heights 2800mm to 3100mm, common in bungalow style homes built in the 1920s and 1930s. They are most often used to access storage space in the attic. The D30 is also suitable for light commercial use.
Given the height of the D30, Sellwood has incorporated a second stage spring system to take the weight of the bottom two sections of the ladder as they are being unfolded and folded back up again, allowing for easier operation.
The Sellwood D30 Attic Ladder is packed full of amazing features and benefits:
Easy to climb
A gentler angle (63°) and a deeper tread (120mm) offers a more comfortable climb.
Easy to use
Sellwood’s unique spring system takes the full weight of the attic ladder into the ceiling, effortlessly lifting the ladder up into its frame, without the need for pushing or latching.
Built tough
Sellwood attic ladders use high quality, heavy duty steel hardware, ensuring they outlast cheaper imported brands. Sellwood’s unique main hinge provides superior weight distribution, adding strength, integrity and durability to the ladder.
Easy to install
Sellwood attic ladders come fully preassembled, complete with an insulated, pre-finished white melamine lid.
NZ Design
Sellwood attic ladders are designed in New Zealand. You can have confidence in your residential 15 Year Warranty, as you will have Sellwood’s full service and support, nationwide.
